My favorite show is Seinfeld. I've seen all of the episodes multiple times and quote the show daily (man hands, puffy shirt, junior mints. . .yadda, yadda, yadda)

So, I found this Newsweek article interesting - on whether Seinfeld holds up 10 yrs. later.

Personally, I found the last episode really disappointing - but I think the show holds up better than everything else in syndication - I mean, who watches King of Queens, Everybody Loves Raymond, and Friends day after day and repeats lines and situations from them?

I'm a member of Bzz Agent - you know the word of mouth group. So, as a member I get glimpses at new movements by various companies (and coupons, specials, etc.). For the past month the campaign I've been involved in was the movement by Sears to redo their layout and enter the next century.

Well, I checked out the new Sears a couple weeks ago- very disappointing - it seemed like there may have been good intentions, but I think they may have hired a high school class to do the layout and design instead of a real firm. The still felt like someone's basement and the last thing I wanted to do was spend time there.

Yesterday I found the TED website and it's "Talks" sections, which includes 15-20 minute videos of talks given during the various TED conferences.

As kids we actually thought Kwik-E-Mart was a real but mislabeled place, and now Seven Eleven will make the mistake easier for the next generation to make by (possibly) gussing up 11 of their stores as Kwik-E-Marts.

The liaison hasn't been officially inked but it's part of a joint promotional effort for The Simpsons Movie. The tricked-out stores will include beloved Simpsons products like Buzz Cola, KrustyO's Cereal and Squishees.

This would be way funnier if Kwik-E-Mart rip-offs didn't already exist. As things stand, a chain of stores toting the name exist in Minnesota. Strangely, there is also one in downtown Pittsburgh. And while you probably can't get KrustyO's at these locales you can probably get Spooners, which can't be much better and boast an equally psychotic-looking mascot."

Iphone - Launch Date

So, the Iphone is being released June 11th . It's going to be very interesting to see how this takes off - with it's $500 + pricetag. I couldn't wait for the big announcement in January, as I was hoping it would be a widescreen Ipod that Job's announced- I got half my wish with the Iphone. The only problem I have with the Iphone is that it doesn't replace anything - there's not enough memory in it to replace an Ipod, so instead of freeing up some pocket space, not having to carry around an Ipod and a PDA, the pocket space remains that same.

I'm sure the phone memory will shoot up exponentially like the Ipod and that I get my widescreen Ipod soon.
